Colleen is a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) specializing in supporting individuals living with scoliosis, chronic pain, and related mental health challenges. Diagnosed with scoliosis herself at the age of 12, she combines her professional expertise with personal insight to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.
Colleen works with individuals of all ages to address anxiety, depression, body image concerns, chronic pain, and the emotional impact of living with a spinal condition. She integrates approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Pain Reprocessing Therapy to help clients build resilience, reduce distress, and improve quality of life.
Colleen founded STC Therapy, a virtual mental health practice designed to support the emotional well-being of individuals across Canada living with scoliosis and chronic pain.
